I provide support for the development and management of the University’s TEL applications and supporting processes. My role is to investigate and assist with the evaluation of potential future TEL applications and provide recommendations to the senior management; contribute technical and system knowledge to projects led by the TEL team; manage the provision of end-user support for the TEL applications; and work closely with University’s IT department (particularly TEL System Applications team) to resolve complex issues.
I have a background in systems analysis and design, computer programming and learning technologies. I enjoy problem solving and critical thinking.
Prior to joining the University in September 2019 I worked for various HE institutions and contributed in successful delivery of TEL projects.
