Microsoft Teams for Teaching and Learning<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

MS Teams is an online collaboration tool from Microsoft, available to the whole university and managed\/supported by DTS.
if using the tool for T&L purposes you can request CQSD TEL guidance and support for the scenarios outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

MS Teams is used to facilitate aspects of digital learning, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

~ hosting live online sessions or meeting with students,
~ recording live online presentations for assessment,
~ an informal, shared online space for group or project work* <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Blackboard (or Canvas)<\/strong> must remain the central hub for core learning content, essential course communication, summative assessment submission & feedback, and sharing Reading List material (via Talis).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2. Access via office.com<\/a> or open desktop app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Consider possible poor connectivity issues<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
