This is usually set to<strong> Standard<\/strong> paper repository, but you can choose &#8216;Do not store the submitted paper&#8217; for <strong>draft<\/strong> submission areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Allow any file type<\/em><br> Selecting <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/TEL-Support-Staff\/turnitin-lti-allow-submission-of-any-file-type\/\">Allow submission of any file type<\/a> will allow any type of file to be uploaded to Turnitin, but won&#8217;t produce a similarity report for non-office type files, and larger or non standard PowerPoint files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Allow late submissions <\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>Schools with a single submission point = Yes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schools with separate on-time and post-deadline submission points\n<ul>\n<li>on-time assignment = No<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>post-deadline assignment = Yes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Allow anonymous marking<\/em><br> Select whether you will be using <strong>anonymous marking<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Attach a rubric <\/em><br>Attach a rubric to mark with, and choose from your Rubric list or <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/TEL-Support-Staff\/?p=12291&amp;preview=true\">Launch the rubric manage<\/a>r to create a new one.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Post-deadline submission points<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>due date<\/strong> and <strong>start date<\/strong> for the post-deadline submission point would normally both be the same as the official deadline for this assignment. However, Turnitin will not now allow you to set the due date as the same as the start date. A box will appear, where you can exclude matches by word count or by percentage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Exclude assignment template<\/em><strong><br><\/strong>You can now also exclude any proformas or templates from the similarity to see the true match to original work. This is due to the way Turnitin and Blackboard integrate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"move\">Moving a Tii Submission point<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When the submission point has been created it will appear at the point in the Course Content where you called up the add content menu. You will be able to move it if you need to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To move the item hover over the item until it darkens and a dotted icon appears on the left-hand side.
