When you move members to different groups, their marks move with them, but their work doesn\u2019t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"messaging\">Messaging Groups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#allgroups\">Message all groups in a set<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#individual\">Message individual groups<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are able to send a direct message to group members, which will appear as an email in their student Outlook account. You can message individual groups or all groups in a set at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"allgroups\">Message all groups in a set<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the three-dot menu for the Group Set you want to message. prompted if you\u2019re sure you want to permanently delete a group, select Delete (or Cancel if not).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img height=\"211\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Be aware that <strong>deleting groups is irreversible<\/strong> and you will need to recreate them if they are needed again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deleting group sets attached to assessment or content Release Conditions will cause those group release conditions to be removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you delete an assessment or content item that has groups
