For full instructions, see our <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/TEL-Support-Staff\/ultra-create-an-assignment\/\">guide Create an Assignment<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#enable\">Enable Turnitin <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#marker\">Marker view of similarity report<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#student\">Student view of similarity report<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"enable\">Enable Turnitin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Assignment Settings panel scroll down to Originality Report &#8220;Enable Turnitin&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong>: The turnitin similarity report integration is currently <strong>not available for Group Assignments<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"336\" height=\"391\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/TEL-Support-Staff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/92\/2024\/05\/Assignment-Tii-Integration-1.jpg\" alt=\"screenshot of Bb Assignment panel with  the Originality Report option highlighted. \" class=\"wp-image-21049\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#step1\">Step One &#8211; Enable Turnitin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#step2\">Step Two &#8211; Set similarity report preferences<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#step3\">Step Three &#8211; Save <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step1\">Step One<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have clicked enable Turnitin in the settings panel the Originality Report panel will open on the right-hand side of the screen. When the Originality Report set up panel opens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>(a) Toggle the <strong>Enable Turnitin<\/strong> switch to on, the toggle button with turn green.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(b) Check the &#8220;Allow student to view Turnitin originality report for their attempts&#8221;  (not related to number of submission attempts allowed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"376\" height=\"242\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/TEL-Support-Staff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/92\/2024\/07\/Turnitin-integration-with-Bb-assignment-1.png\" alt=\"Screenshot of the originality report set up panel.
