This guide explains how to enable the <strong>MS Education (for Teams Meeting<\/strong>) tool in a Blackboard Ultra Course or Organisation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#addtool\">Add the MS Education tool<\/a><br><a href=\"http:\/\/enable\">Enable the MS Education tool for Teams meetings<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"addtool\">Add the MS Education tool<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Go to the <strong>Details &amp; Actions<\/strong> menu on the course&#8217;s Content page. Select <strong>Books &amp; Tools<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The MS Education link appears at the bottom of the Content page where it is hidden from students, by default. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-5-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-5-background-color has-background\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>4. In line with the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/TEL-Support-Staff\/how-to-use-the-course-template\/\">Ultra course template guidance<\/a>, <strong>move the tool link<\/strong> to sit above the Module Evaluation section in the course content structure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"551\" height=\"373\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/TEL-Support-Staff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/92\/2025\/08\/Move-the-added-teams-1.png\" alt=\"Moving the selected teams panel within the course.\" class=\"wp-image-27441\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
