Most of those issues could be due to blocked third party cookies or pop-ups, out of date browser, or cross site tracking settings blocking connection to third party applications. Some browser extensions such as AdBlokers, Script blockers can also prevent connections between applications or prevent some of the features from loading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.blackboard.com\/Learn\/Accessibility_Overview\">Accessibility<\/a> and Assistive Technologies &#8211; For those use screen reader, recommended combinations are Chrome and JAWS on Window, and Safari and VoiceOver on a Mac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-default\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to resolve the issues?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Please run a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.anthology.com\/browser-checker\/\">browser compatibility check<\/a>&nbsp;to ensure\n<ul>\n<li>your browser is supported,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cthird party cookies\u201d are allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cpop-up windows\u201d are allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using Safari, please ensure \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/en-gb\/guide\/safari\/sfri40732\/mac\">Prevent Cross site tracking<\/a>\u201d is disabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using Firefox, please ensure \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.org\/en-US\/kb\/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop#:~:text=your%20online%20security.-,What%20to%20do%20if%20a%20site%20seems%20broken,-If%20a%20site\">Enhance Tracking Protection<\/a>\u201d is disabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update your browser to latest available version and try again<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For a quick fix, please check your browser\u2019s address bar. If you see an \u201cEye\u201d icon with a crossover, please click the icon, and allow third party cookies. The screenshot below shows where to locate the icon in Chrome browser. Most browsers update automatically and so will be within the supported version spectrum. However, it will also indicate if you need to update your browser to the latest, most secure, version.<\/p>\n<p>Please Note the last two items Cookies and Pop-ups . These will indicate whether there are any of your settings or programmes which are blocking new windows from opening within Blackboard or Turnitin.
