While Blackboard Collaborate is no longer used at the University, we\u2019ve ensured that you will still be able to access your past session recordings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where you go to access a recording depends on when<\/strong> it was made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recordings made before August 2023<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These recordings are accessible via the Recordings Library<\/strong> link in the corresponding Blackboard Original course or organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access these recordings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the relevant Blackboard Original course or organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. From the Course Menu, click Recordings Library<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Choose Collaborate Recordings<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Your recording will play in YuJa. You may need to authenticate in YuJa before proceeding.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Recordings made after August 2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        These have been automatically transferred to YuJa and are available in a folder in your Media Library. You do not need to access these through Blackboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To access in YuJa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go to https:\/\/reading.yuja.com\/ <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Your recordings are located in a folder called My Blackboard Collaborate Recordings<\/strong> in your My Media<\/strong> area:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
