Viewing engagement for a specific video (one video \u2192 many students)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This option lets you see engagement data for an individual YuJa video, including which students have accessed it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- \n
- Open YuJa and locate the video you want to review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Hover over the video thumbnail and select More<\/strong> from the menu:

<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Choose Analytics<\/strong> and click More:<\/strong>

<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Choose Playback <\/strong>to view the list of students who have accessed the video, along with available viewing information:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\nFrom the menu at the top of this screen, you can easily choose another video without having to follow the steps above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s not yet possible to download this information for the whole course or channel. If you’d like to analyse data from multiple videos, we recommend using the Download <\/strong>option and exploring further using Excel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This option lets you see engagement data for an individual student across multiple YuJa videos or courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Open YuJa and choose Usage & Analytics<\/strong> from the menu:

<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Select Users<\/strong> from the side menu:

<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Choose a student name from the drop-down menu entitled ‘User<\/strong>‘. You can leave the Course <\/strong>drop-down menu blank, or choose a course to further refine the results. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The User Report gives various viewing statistics. Switch between Summary<\/strong>, Videos<\/strong>, and Sessions <\/strong>for more in-depth data, such as lists of videos watched and total time viewed:
