The Moderator can then <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/TEL-Support-Staff\/turnitin-lti-access-and-view-assignments\/#filter\">filter the Inbox by group<\/a> to see the papers marked by each marker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recording or changing marks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Use the Paper ID to record details of moderated papers on the Moderation form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you wish to change marks awarded by the first marker\n<ul>\n<li>Email the Moderation Form to the first marker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow your School\u2019s procedures to agree a final mark, and record this in the Moderation Form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If marks need to be changed as a result of the moderation process apply these changes directly in Turnitin:<br>locate and open the relevant student attempts from the Assignment Inbox; edit the grade in the Feedback Studio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email the Moderation Form to the Programme Admin team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administrator &#8211; after 15 days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Edit the moderation form &#8211; where paper IDs have been recorded, insert the relevant student names and numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload the Moderation Form to the Blackboard course and\/or External Examiner Organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This moderation process is supported by the features in Turnitin and Blackboard.
