Presenters can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Share content<\/strong> such as PowerPoint slides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mute<\/strong> other participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Start and stop recording<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remove participants<\/strong> from the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Only the Meeting Organiser (the person who set up the meeting) can change who is allowed to present<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further details about <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/roles-in-a-teams-meeting-c16fa7d0-1666-4dde-8686-0a0bfe16e019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">what different roles can do in a teams meeting<\/a>&nbsp;on the Microsoft support site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"change\">Changing roles for a Teams meeting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This can be done when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"#before\">Before the meeting<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#during\">During the meeting.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The Meeting Organiser can choose to allow specific people to be Presenters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>: You should edit the Meeting Options to <strong>ensure that students join your meeting as &#8216;attendees&#8217;<\/strong>. On the <strong>meeting toolbar<\/strong>, click the three dot menu &#8220;more&#8221; then hover over Settings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Select Meeting Options from the settings menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. On the <strong>Meeting Options<\/strong> page, beside &#8216;<strong>Who can present?<\/strong>&#8216;, choose either &#8216;<strong>Only me<\/strong>&#8216; or &#8216;<strong>Specific people<\/strong>&#8216; from the drop down menu to restrict who is a Presenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: A change to <strong>is applied immediately<\/strong> to the meeting.
