Therefore<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Consider asking other people in the household not to stream videos, and to avoid uploading or downloading large files, when you are carrying out important tasks.<\/li>\n<li>If using a WiFi connection, consider sitting close to your broadband router if possible.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"TextRun SCXW62277036 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW62277036 BCX0\">Do not have the VPN active during online sessions or when recording screencasts \/ uploading to YuJa, as this <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW62277036 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW62277036 BCX0\">slows the internet down and can disrupt live sessions.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Only upload or download one file at a time.<\/li>\n<li>Try to keep your file size as small as possible.
