This has been set up to share information and good practice for staff on how to support our new and returning students as they join the university and progress on to the next parts of their programmes.<\/p>\n<p>In this Toolkit you will find views from students about their experiences of the <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">academic transitions to and within university, along with <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">examples of good practice in supporting students with these transitions. You will also find <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">resources to help you, and others to signpost your students to. While the focus is on academic transitions, there are also sections on supporting students with the social transition to university, and information on particular support that is available for different student groups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Toolkit is designed to be continually evolving, so if you have any suggestions for content, examples of good practice, useful resources etc then please
