DESCRIPTION:Book your place here. \nEmbedding employability can be a challenge. This is in part due to the way that the implementation of the concept varies based on the needs of the stakeholder. The model of student success seeks to address the curricular/learning implications of employability alongside those relating to employment targets and careers support. \nThe session will explore the model of student success\, generating practical ideas for embedding employability. It will discuss the way that curricular and co-curricular initiatives can combine to provide a suite of options for programme designers\, and discuss the benefits of embedding employability in a holistic manner. \nThis session aligns with A1\, A2\, A4\, K2\, K4\, V3 and V4 of the UKPSF.
