DESCRIPTION:Book a place here.\nThis session is for SDTLs\, DDTLs\, SDATs\, DDATs\, Programme Directors\, Heads of Department and other staff in T&L leadership roles. It will provide an introduction to models of change\, initiating and leading a programme of change\, motivating and communicating change\, and building a change leadership team. We will explore questions such as \n•	What should successful change look and feel like?\n•	How can I overcome widespread resistance to change and help others see a need for it?\n•	How do I lead a process of change when I don’t have authority over colleagues? \nThese concepts will be presented in a T&L context. \nThis session aligns with UKPSF A4\, A5\, K6\, V3\, V4.
