Big White Wall is a free online support community which your students can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It’s a safe and anonymous online space which they can go to if they’re feeling down, struggling to cope, or just want to talk to people who understand what they’re going through.

Students can use Big White Wall to:

  • Meet and chat with other members who may be experiencing similar feelings or situations
  • Access a range of self-help articles, videos and online courses
  • Evaluate their wellbeing and mental health, set goals and track their progress
  • Express themselves and their feelings through drawing or uploading images
