Some Schools may also have Departmental Directors of Academic Tutoring (DDATs).\u00a0You can find a list of Directors of Academic Tutoring\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/academictutors\/support-for-academic-tutors\/list-of-directors-of-academic-tutoring\/\">on this page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As an SDAT, you are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic oversight of the Academic Tutor System within the School<\/li>\n<li>School-level leadership of initiatives to support student engagement with their studies and student development<\/li>\n<li>Academic leadership and decision-making in relation to student success<\/li>\n<li>Support for Academic Tutors within the School<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are NOT responsible
