It aims to help you to gauge if students are engaging with your course content\u00a0which in turn can help you to tailor your teaching and provide further support or guidance as necessary.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #d2002e\"><strong>Peer Review <\/strong><\/span>-\u00a0 There are two straightforward options for peer review at this time (as per the University\u2019s policy on the\u00a0<a role=\"link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.reading.ac.uk\/web\/files\/qualitysupport\/peerreview.pdf\">Peer review of learning and teaching<\/a>): peer review of learning materials or peer observation of an online interactive session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cQNPQgBIrlA]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/tel\/blackboard-threshold-standards\/blackboard-module-review-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #d2002e\"><strong>Blackboard Module Review Form<\/strong><\/span><\/a>-\u00a0You can use this form for\u00a0<strong>self and\/or peer review<\/strong>. The categories and criteria in the form can be used to<strong>\u00a0guide professional and supportive dialogue<\/strong>\u00a0between \u2018peer reviewer\u2019 and \u2018peer reviewee\u2019 to\u00a0<strong>enable reflection<\/strong>\u00a0on the management and structure of online learning materials and activities in Blackboard modules.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What is the guidance for peer observation in a socially distanced classroom?\u00a0<\/strong>Given reviewee and reviewer must maintain 2m from the students and each other, there may not be capacity to undertake peer observation in the vast majority of teaching spaces on campus. In spaces where this may be possible (e.g. large lecture spaces with stages or \u201cpresentation areas\u201d)\u00a0<strong>a local risk assessment must be undertaken beforehand<\/strong>.
