Start designing at no cost but no option to download a PDF.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000\" href=\"https:\/\/issuu.com\/\">Issuu<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>\u2013 Turn your PDF into a dynamic, interactive flipbook. Especially useful if you\u2019ve created a physical zine and have scanned it to create a PDF.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000\" href=\"https:\/\/heyzine.com\/\">Heyzine<\/a><\/span><\/strong> \u2013 An alternative to Issuu. Turns PDFs into flipbooks. Has a free tier with limited functionality.<\/li><li>You don\u2019t need specialised software to create zines. For example, Microsoft Word can be configured to create and print a booklet.
