The aim is to support programme teams engaged in curriculum review to consider how best to promote employability and embed the related skills and attributes across their programmes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 Step Approach-<\/strong> In order to embed Employability within the curriculum we have adapted the 4 step HEA approach. It identifies existing good practice and sets out a roadmap for development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme Coherence:\u00a0<\/strong>Embedding Employability supports constructive alignment. Authentic and relevant learning objectives, teaching strategies and assessment.
