It is important to think about monitoring the impact of the feedback that staff are working hard to write well. If it is not having the expected impact, think again about what you are doing.<\/p>\n<p>Thinking about the programme through the lens of feedback can be helpful. Typically we focus on assessment deadlines, rather than receiving feedback and reflecting on targets for improvement. Feedback should stimulate learning, so think when students will get feedback, and how the programme team will ensure that students are able to act on feedback and, therefore, learn from the experience.<\/p>\n<p>A simple way to evaluate feedback could be to share examples of anonymous feedback across a module, a Part, or a programme, and reflect on the appropriateness, effectiveness and impact.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Engage in Feedback Why is feedback important?
