Phase 1 is about identifying what Employability means for that particular subject. It involves engaging with stakeholders, identifying skills, and mapping to the Curriculum Framework to ensure breadth<\/p>\n

  1. Set up an Employability Advisory panel<\/li>\n
  2. Engage in stakeholder workshops<\/li>\n
  3. Create post workshop conclusions<\/li>\n
  4. Publish phase 1 recommendations to Curriculum Board and\/or programme team meetings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
