Phase 4 is the stage at which all progress is reviewed and evaluated. This should involve a discussion around impact, which highlights key successes and challenges, laying the groundwork for a continual and cyclic development process.<\/p>\n

  3. Plan the next wave of development, returning to a second phase 1 but learning lessons<\/li>\n
  4. Publish phase 4 recommendations and submit to curriculum board<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
