This session is designed for Academic staff in schools moving forward with e-Submission, Feedback and Grading (eSFG) as part of the EMA programme. This hands-on session aims to give you the skills needed to use the Blackboard assignment tool for accessing student submissions, marking and giving feedback online.<\/p>\n
By the end of the session you will be able to
\n\u2022 Access student submissions
\n\u2022 Mark submitted work online
\n\u2022 Provide electronic feedback
\n\u2022 Apply marking criteria in an electronic format (Rubric)
\n\u2022 Create and manage Rubrics
\n\u2022 Sign post students to relevant guidance
\n\u2022 Develop an understanding of roles and responsibilities in the e-assessment process<\/p>\n
TEL EMA: Along with the session on the Turnitin Assignment tool, this session is offered specifically to academics to help prepare them for the University-wide roll out of eSFG. Taken together, these two sessions will equip staff with the knowledge needed to carry out online marking and feedback.<\/p>\n
