Helen\u2019s goal in developing this free, online course offer was to provide an accessible, interactive, and educational resource for support staff, where they can discover and discuss ideas and examples of good practice with one another. We hope that the course will become a supportive community who can learn from each other along with the course experts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Participants can learn in their own time, at their own pace, on any device with an internet connection.
