Our Team

We work collaboratively with the NHS and independent colleagues. We set up the student led independent clinic in September 2017 in order to develop a new model of clinical placements and teaching clinics and to establish research options. In line with the University’s values, we are making an essential contribution to the local and wider community.

“I support both the Paediatric and Adult SLT Clinics as part of my role as Executive Administration Officer to clinics within the School of Psychology and Clinical Language Sciences and am an administrator for the Social Communication Intervention for Pre-schoolers (SCIP) programme. My role involves liaising with therapists, students and families to manage appointments as well as assisting with associated administrative tasks.”
