You will therefore not need a parking permit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW248908618 BCX0\">You may bring any toys or books that will help your child settle into the clinic environment if necessary. When you <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW248908618 BCX0\">arrive<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW248908618 BCX0\"> please report to reception and take a seat in the waiting area. You may have up to two students in the clinic room during your appointments. All students are supervised by a <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/slt-clinic\/our-team2\/\">highly specialised and qualified speech and language therapist<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/slt-clinic\/the-role-of-students-in-our-clinic\/\">Students involved<\/a> may be students in the early stages of their training or those who are about to qualify. We also have psychology students on placement in our clinic. The supervising clinician may or may not be present in the session depending on the level of the student. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">You may meet a number of different students during your visits to the clinic, the supervising clinician will remain the same during your assessment appointments but may change if you and your child are invited back for an intervention pathway.
