This building is currently rated as\u00a0very\u00a0<\/strong>efficient.\u00a0<\/strong>It is our newest operational building on campus, we have been working hard to optimise how it is controlled to provide comfort and efficiency. Occupants moved in at the start of January 2017, so the consumption pattern before this was quite sporadic.<\/p>\n
