This may happen because of accents, audio quality or unfamiliar subject-specific language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an error makes an important part of the recording unclear, particularly a technical term or key concept, tell your lecturer or module convenor so they can correct the issue.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a recording has no captions or transcript, let your lecturer or module convenor know and point them to the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/TEL-Support-Staff\/yuja-accessibility\/\">YuJa Accessibility Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All lecture recordings in YuJa should have a transcript and closed captions.
