There are some exceptions to this such as modules with particularly large cohorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#find\">Find and access marked work<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#content\">Access from the Course Content<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#gradebook\">Access from Gradebook<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#panel\">View submission panel<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#feedback\">View feedback <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#marks\">View marks<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"find\">Find and access marked work <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The submission point will need to be visible to students for you to be able to access the marks and feedback.  If they are hidden during marking they will be made available on the marks release date and time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"content\">Access from the Course Content <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Assignments are found in the area called Assessment in the Course Content.  Each Assignment as a specific folder where you will find the submission point. The Test panel will give details of the submission including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>number of attempts made and allowed <strong>(a)<\/strong>. This will create a new attempt which will save as draft if it is not submitted. To access your submission and feedback click on the attempt link in the Attempts section of the panel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it is<strong> not <\/strong>possible to make new attempts the black button at the bottom of the panel will be labelled <strong>&#8220;View submission&#8221;<\/strong> and will open the attempt and show feedback. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-5-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-5-background-color has-background\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assessment Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a few different settings available to the marker regarding what and when the assessment results will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Automated Questions Feedback &#8211; details given of when this information will be available (i.e. Now, specific date or not available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Question Scores &#8211; details given of when this information will be available (i.e. Now, specific date or not available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct Answers &#8211; details given of when this information will be available (i.e. Now, specific date or not available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the <strong>Submission View<\/strong> date has not passed or the details will never be available, such as with online exams, the submission will open but the test will be hidden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"996\" height=\"471\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/tel-support-students\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/93\/2025\/03\/image.png\" alt=\"Screenshot of a Blackboard Test where the submission details are hidden from students.
