\"The<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Course Journals offer a space for reflection, allowing multiple entries in one place, such as reflections on language learning or lab work. Your tutor should provide guidance on the content and expectations for each entry. Journal posts and comments are private between you and your tutor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing the Journal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Journal may be located within the course content or Assessment area. Click to open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding Your Entry<\/strong>: Below the instructions, type your entry in the provided text box. Use formatting tools to style text, add links, and upload files. Note that files don\u2019t open directly within the Journal, so it\u2019s best to paste text directly and attach any supplementary files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Embedding Media<\/strong>: You can embed media from YouTube or YuJa directly within your entry. Once finished, click Post<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edit Your Entry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To edit an entry, click the three-dot menu and select Edit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viewing Feedback<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your tutor may add comments, marks, and feedback, visible directly below your entry. New comments will be marked as \u201cNew.\u201d Click Show Comments<\/strong> to expand them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may receive multiple comments and continue adding entries until the due date. After this, the journal may be graded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this your journal may be marked. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marks and feedback appear at the top left of the Journal and apply to the entire Journal, not individual entries. Click the Feedback icon to view detailed feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
