Once your IT username is closed, you will no longer have access to any University of Reading IT systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any files stored on University systems that you wish to keep, please ensure you retrieve them before your account is closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>To help you prepare, you will receive a notification email 30 days prior to the closure of your account.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Files you may need to save include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>any personal files stored on your OneDrive. See guide &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/download-files-and-folders-from-onedrive-or-sharepoint-5c7397b7-19c7-4893-84fe-d02e8fa5df05\">Download files and folders from OneDrive or SharePoint<\/a>&#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emails.
