You receive the error message ‘Error:414 Originality report not generated yet in fid 6, fcmd 1’ because the originality report is in the process of being generated for the submitted paper.

There isn’t anything wrong, and the message just indicates that there isn’t an originality report available yet.

Why does it happen?

The generation of an originality report can take a little while at periods of high demand, or if a paper has been resubmitted within 24 hours of a previous submission. A report is not produced until 24 hours after the resubmitted paper has been made.
