The daily Assessment Provisioning Exceptions report lists Assessments on Modules which are flagged as Ready in Blackboard, but have no Due Date / Time.

Once you are sure what the Due Date and Time should be, edit the assessment in RISIS, and the Integration will be able to create a column in Blackboard.
