Blackboard Groups<\/a> are a way of organising students on a Course.<\/p>\n

This guide shows you how to create a single self-enrol group. You can also create\u00a0multiple self-enrol groups<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Self-Enrol groups<\/h1>\n

These groups allow students to sign themselves up to a list – this could be for an extra seminar or a field trip. Alternatively you could produce multiple signup sheets perhaps for seminar groups.<\/p>\n

Setting up a single self-enrol group<\/h2>\n

  1. Go to\u00a0 Control Panel > Users and Groups > Groups<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Within the groups area click Create > Single Group \u2013 Self-Enrol
