Online courses provide an exciting way to reach new audiences because of their global reach and accessible, inclusive learning design and we are working with several colleagues on developing courses to support potential future REF Impact Case Studies.
Longest standing partnerships was with EIT Food, which enabled us to work with UoR experts in Agriculture and Food and Nutritional Sciences to develop a series of courses aimed at consumers which have attracted over 85,000 enrolments . The Online Courses Team led in the design and delivery of these courses, sharing best practice and guidance with UoR colleagues and partners from multiple European Universities and other organisations.
