
Responsibilities:
I collaborate with my team to:
- Manage the design, development and production of new online courses from planning to delivery.
- Review and maintain courses while running
- Complete course evaluations to measure impact and identify where future course runs might be improved.
- Support educators and other stakeholders to work on different projects including Open, Online Courses (OCs) often delivered via FutureLearn (FL), small private online courses and private courses.
Background
Before joining university of Reading, I worked as a Research Assistant at University College London (UCL) with Professors Diana Laurillard and Eileen Kennedy, where I supported the design and development of a teacher professional development MOOC on the Moodle-based OpenLearnCreate platform. I contributed to learning design, content structuring, accessibility improvement, and research on engagement strategies using the Learning Designer framework.
Prior to moving to the UK, I worked with an Edtech in India as a Senior Learning Material Designer and Evaluator. There, I led cross-functional teams to design large-scale e-learning content for civil services aspirants, combining subject expertise with digital delivery strategies to meet the needs of over 100,000 learners. My experience also includes mentoring, curriculum planning, and multimedia production aligned.
