Over more than a decade, we have become adept at creating engaging, standalone courses specifically tailored for a prospective UG and PG student audience. These courses showcase our teaching and research expertise, our caring, inclusive support, the opportunities we offer and give a glimpse of what it might be like to study at UoR.
Working closely with colleagues in MCE and Student Recruitment to promote our courses as an integrated part of the University recruitment cycle, the results show we are having a positive impact. For example, between October 2018 and November 2024, more than 3940 UG and PG students have come on to apply at the University and 1256 have enrolled, after first taking one of our courses on FutureLearn.
