Recordings can be accessed via the \u201cRecordings\u201d folder (automatically created after first recording) in OneDrive or within a Teams Channel depending on how the meeting was created. You can choose to make the recording available to students in YuJa and this will include captions for accessibility. It also means students can find recordings all in one place for their module. Full details about the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/tel-support\/2023\/09\/01\/yujaconnector\/\">YuJa Connector. &#8211; what is does and how it works<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Microsoft Teams\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">M<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">eetings<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>From 10th July 2022 onward, <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/record-a-meeting-in-teams-34dfbe7f-b07d-4a27-b4c6-de62f1348c24\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Teams Meetings<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0recordings<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> are automatically saved on SharePoint. They can be located in the &#8220;Recordings&#8221; folder created either in your OneDrive, or in a Teams Channel, depending on how the meeting was created. But if you need to keep the recording for longer, you can extend the expiry date.
