A learning workbook is provided so they can record and reflect on their learning and apply it in the classroom.<\/span><\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;width: 100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201c<span style=\"color: #008000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Collaborating with the Online Courses Team has been one of the highlights of my professional life. The University\u2019s team of digital learning producers are experts in their field. They work collaboratively, with close attention to detail to help experts create innovative, high quality, standalone online courses for a clearly defined, primary audience.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">A key objective for my courses was to provide much needed support and CPD for Teaching Assistants. We were able to evidence the positive impact on this professional audience in a variety of ways for example:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #000000\">1.
