\"Asif<\/p>\n

I provide support for the development and management of the University\u2019s TEL applications and supporting processes. My role is to\u00a0 investigate and assist with the evaluation of potential future TEL applications and provide recommendations\u00a0to the senior management; contribute technical and system knowledge to projects led by the TEL team; manage the provision of end-user support for the TEL applications; and work closely with University\u2019s IT department (particularly TEL System Applications team) to resolve complex issues.<\/p>\n

I have a background in systems analysis and design, computer programming and learning technologies. I enjoy problem solving and critical thinking.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining the University in September 2019 I worked for various HE institutions and contributed in successful delivery of TEL projects.<\/p>\n
