If you don\u2019t yet have all of your courses for 2022\/23 \u2013 don\u2019t panic!<\/p>\n<h2>What has been done<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 2000 courses have been copied forward for use in 2022\/23.<\/li>\n<li>Staff enrolments \u2013 Instructors, Teaching Assistants, Course Builders and External Examiners \u2013 have been copied on these courses.<\/li>\n<li>Any Turnitin assignments copied forward have been deleted (these copied assignments would not work in the new course, and in any case we\u2019re using a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsites.reading.ac.uk%2Ftel-support%2Fturnitin-lti-assignments%2F&amp;data=05%7C01%7Cl.j.mccann%40reading.ac.uk%7C7512f038d3de4371cb8208da6324af6a%7C4ffa3bc4ecfc48c09080f5e43ff90e5f%7C0%7C0%7C637931306462228183%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=2T5FmQ7TzchDdEJS31Ue97tdxO5KkEB%2BzyTG4osmj5U%3D&amp;reserved=0\">new version of Turnitin<\/a>\u00a0in the coming year).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tasks to be completed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Create courses being set up as blank shells \u2013 for completely new modules, or courses where the Module Convenor opted out of Rollover.<\/li>\n<li>Create courses in Schools which use a Blackboard course template.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the Microsoft Stream area from 2022\/23 courses.<\/li>\n<li>Add a new\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsites.reading.ac.uk%2Ftel-support%2F2022%2F04%2F22%2Fmaking-videos-available-with-yuja%2F%23bb-yuja&amp;data=05%7C01%7Cl.j.mccann%40reading.ac.uk%7C7512f038d3de4371cb8208da6324af6a%7C4ffa3bc4ecfc48c09080f5e43ff90e5f%7C0%7C0%7C637931306462228183%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=XFC%2Brbmbp6zw3Ka4HZy4HStR%2FoaOfkfTbFYGqXg%2FEnk%3D&amp;reserved=0\">YuJa learning capture area<\/a>\u00a0to all 2022\/23 courses.<\/li>\n<li>Enrol Module Convenors onto courses, based on the details held in RISIS (in most cases the Module Convenor will already be enrolled on the 2022\/23 course, but this task picks up modules where the Module Convenor has changed).<\/li>\n<li>Set up <a href=\"https:\/\/eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsites.reading.ac.uk%2Ftel-support%2F2018%2F08%2F17%2Fmerged-courses-and-supplementary-courses-formerly-shared-courses%2F&amp;data=05%7C01%7Cl.j.mccann%40reading.ac.uk%7C7512f038d3de4371cb8208da6324af6a%7C4ffa3bc4ecfc48c09080f5e43ff90e5f%7C0%7C0%7C637931306462228183%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=muWWMDAysMB0vLJwH%2BpHiTKRiH831rc9EyRJCA1hwg8%3D&amp;reserved=0\">Merged courses<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>select \u201cchild\u201d courses to merge<\/li>\n<li>add \u201cMerged 2022\/23\u201d to course names.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Student enrolments<\/strong> &#8211; Please note that student enrolments for 2022\/23 won\u2019t appear automatically in Blackboard until early August, when the academic year is updated in RISIS.<\/p>\n<p>We will update our <a href=\"https:\/\/eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsites.reading.ac.uk%2Ftel-support%2Fcourse-rollover%2F&amp;data=05%7C01%7Cl.j.mccann%40reading.ac.uk%7C7512f038d3de4371cb8208da6324af6a%7C4ffa3bc4ecfc48c09080f5e43ff90e5f%7C0%7C0%7C637931306462228183%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=6MtDg5%2F%2Boq5WVvSR7BliNKLGm01jJEMZloabWYMHv1I%3D&amp;reserved=0\">Course Rollover page<\/a> as these tasks are completed.
