\"Turnitin<\/h1>\n

Turnitin –\u00a0immediate Similarity Reports for up to three resubmissions<\/h1>\n

Previously, on Turnitin assignments where students were allowed to submit and resubmit drafts up until the due date, if students made a resubmission they had to wait 24 hours for the Similarity Report to generate.<\/p>\n

Turnitin have now changed this:<\/p>\n

Students can now view their initial Similarity Report, then revise and resubmit their work up to three times, without having to wait\u00a024 hours for an updated report. After three resubmissions have been made, the 24-hour report generation wait time will be restored.
\nInstantaneous\u00a0similarity results give\u00a0students\u00a0the formative support they need to master paraphrasing and citation conventions efficiently.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This feature is, of course,\u00a0only available if\u00a0resubmissions are enabled\u00a0for an assignment i.e. if under\u00a0Generate Similarity Reports for student submission<\/strong> you have selected\u00a0Immediately (can overwrite reports until due date)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"Turnitin<\/a>Turnitin iPad app<\/h1>\n

A new release of the iPad app was made available in the Apple app store in January. This includes fixes for bugs which were affecting Rubrics and Grading Forms.<\/p>\n
