A recent post<\/a> highlighted a problem which some students were experiencing when attempting to access feedback on Turnitin assignments via the Blackboard My Grades tool.<\/p>\n

The cause of the problem has now been identified, and\u00a0Turnitin have updated the connector which integrates \u00a0their system with Blackboard.<\/p>\n

Working with IT, we have tested this new connector, and are confident that it resolves the issues which students\u00a0have\u00a0been experiencing.<\/p>\n

The Turnitin update was applied on Blackboard yesterday evening.<\/p>\n

Staff should not notice any changes as a result of this update.<\/p>\n

N.B. If you mark work directly in Turnitin,\u00a0using GradeMark, please advise your students that the\u00a0simplest way for them to view their feedback is\u00a0by going back to the Turnitin submission point, rather than going via My Grades.<\/p>\n
