Step-by-step instructions on sharing screencasts is available in this help article,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/tel-support\/2020\/07\/02\/ms-stream-how-to-add-permissions-for-a-blackboard-module\/\">MS Stream: How to add permissions for a Blackboard module.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>It\u2019s\u00a0vital to note<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0that the Stream Groups for Blackboard courses all start with COURSE_\u00a0and then the course ID.\u00a0When searching for the\u00a0right group, remember to start\u00a0off by\u00a0typing COURSE_<br \/>\ne.g. COURSE_AB1XYZ<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Make sure you\u00a0don\u2019t:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Delete or rename the \u2018Microsoft Stream\u2019 menu item<\/em>in your Blackboard\u00a0module\u00a0(you can hide it if you\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0want students to access your videos this way).<\/li>\n<li><em>Delete your module groups<\/em>within MS Stream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Stream updates:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Stream integration can be set up\u00a0for\u00a0Blackboard\u00a0Organisations\u00a0&#8211; please log a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/uor.topdesk.net\/tas\/public\">Service Desk ticket.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Find answers\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.reading.ac.uk\/tel-support\/2020\/09\/17\/microsoft-stream-faqs\/\">Frequently Asked Questions<\/a>about Stream, for example:\u00a0What is the difference between a Channel and a Group?<\/li>\n<li>The integration between Blackboard and Stream runs once a day, after Blackboard enrolments have been updated from RISIS. The integration is very new, and still being refined.
