Then, instead of opening a PowerPoint deck and sharing your screen, pick a file under the PowerPoint Live section of Share content area in Teams.\u00a0Here\u2019s a quick\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/RuxeR0m4Poc\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">user demonstration.<\/span><\/a><\/p><h2><\/h2><h2><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Benefits:<\/span><\/h2><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Increased\u00a0accessibility:\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">PowerPoint Live in\u00a0Microsoft\u00a0Teams\u00a0allows attendees to access the shared\u00a0content\u00a0through screen readers. PowerPoint Live also provides a thumbnail strip, so you can see what slides are coming next and jump to one. There's nothing for them to install.\u00a0Alternatively, students\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">can just go to their device browser and enter the short URL. shown on above the QR code and also at the top of the presentation screen for the duration of the slideshow.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><\/h2><h2><span data-contrast=\"none\">Benefits:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><ul><li><strong>Subtitles in 60+ languages:\u00a0<\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">Students\u00a0can view the presentation on their devices and read live subtitles in their preferred language while you speak, will see your spoken words transcribed on the screen in near real-time. This is great for audiences when the acoustics of the venue aren't good, or if you have audience members who have difficulty hearing.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><strong>Pinch and zoom:\u00a0<\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">When viewing slides on their device, students can \"pinch to zoom\" to see the content more clearly on mobile devices or tablets.<\/span><\/li><li><strong>Reviewing previous slides:<\/strong><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">If a student wants to look back at one of your earlier slides that can do that using the slide control that appears on their screen just below the current slide. They can go all the way back to your first slide, but they can only go as far forward as the slide you're currently displaying, so you don't have to worry about them reading ahead in your deck.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><strong>Live feedback:\u00a0<\/strong>Similar to 'in meeting reactions' found in Teams meetings;<span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0students can tap a feedback button towards the bottom right of their device screen.\u00a0 There they can select from a handful of different feedback types, from \"like\" to \"puzzled\" and more.\u00a0Their selection will briefly appear on the classroom presentation screen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><strong>Presentation feedback:<\/strong><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Students can provide feedback about the presentation using a default, short survey; the survey link is provided at the end of the presentation. The survey results appear in your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Microsoft Forms<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0area and your email inbox, where you can view the aggregated, anonymous responses. This information<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0can only be accessed by you. The survey includes questions relating to slide design, speaker delivery, content, and interaction with audience on a scale of 1 to 5.
