Detailed assessment

All the children coming to our clinic will receive a detailed assessment to determine their speech, language and communication profile.

Assessments may take place over one or two appointments.

A detailed report will be written following the assessment, and it will include recommendations and signposting to other services.

Some children may move into one of our intervention pathways following assessment.

Children who do not meet the criteria for an intervention pathway will be discharged following their assessment.
