This error occurs where the assignment information in Turnitin and the Blackboard Grade Centre are out of sync. It means that Turnitin does not know which assignment column in the Grade Centre to connect to and send the grades to.

This needs to be fixed by IT.

What to do:

Email the IT Service Desk with your Blackboard course ID (module code) and the title of the Turnitin assignment affected.
