What if the transcript has errors?

Sometimes YuJa might make mistakes when automatically generating captions and transcripts. This may happen because of accents, audio quality or unfamiliar subject-specific language.

If an error makes an important part of the recording unclear, particularly a technical term or key concept, tell your lecturer or module convenor so they can correct the issue.

If a recording has no captions or transcript, let your lecturer or module convenor know and point them to the YuJa Accessibility Guide.
