This is an exception which may be listed on the daily Grade Import Exceptions report.
What this means
Marks have not been successfully imported into RISIS.
There are a number of possible reasons for this – more information may be provided in the Exception Message e.g.
Result already exists for ‘20123456/1,2018/9,Y,APMA91,A,APMA91-18,702’
Action to take
Where the Exception Message says that a mark already exists in RISIS, please check what is in RISIS for this student, and overwrite it if appropriate.
Accidentally extracted a wrong column?
Contact exams to roll back the mark (carefully) and then re-extract from BB with the right mark. Exams can possibly also manually update marks.
